Activer les cookies

Bonjour,
je me penche actuellement sur un pc n'ayant pas eu d'antivirus jusque la. j'ai donc mis un anti virus, antispyware, et j'ai mis ccleaner. le pc marche deja bien mieux, mais j'ai un probleme de cookies bloquer. j'utilise internet explorer (et ne souhaite pas changer). je les ai debloquer sous internet explorer, mais rien n'y fait. je ne sais pas se qui pourrait bloquer les cookies sinon... je vous laisse mon rapport hijackthis, vous saurez un peu plus se qui tourne sur le pc!
de plus j'ai des pop up qui s'ouvre de maniere aleatoire lorsque je suis sur internet. si vous avez une solution pour sa... mais c moin urgent que les cookies! ^^ merci de votre aide!
