Comment supprimer "crypt xpack.gen"

Bonjour,
pourriez vous m'aider à supprimer ce virus de mon pc, je vous laisse le rapport activir et hitjackthis...meri infiniment de votre aide, j'arrive à le supprimer mais il revient toujours....
