System.dll manquant avec Update exe

Bonjour
Je suis nouveau sur le forum
j'ai consulte et suivi tout ce qui etait preconise pour cette erreur
(ccleaner, spybot, avg antispyware, bitdefender en ligne) mais j'ai toujours le meme message au demarrage de windows.
